Clamp-Fast & Precise: The all new clamp system on the Q-series has been mounted on the LM guideways which provide precise movement
with no frictional losses. The clamp system has higher mold carrying capacity, enhanced parallelism and squareness.
The moving platen design is improved for centrally applied force on the mold thereby ensuring uniform load distribution across the mold
face and reduces platen deformation at the center.
Minimum clamping force improved to 30% of the maximum clamping force, so you can try more variety of applications with the same precision levels.

Tie Bar Distance: The enhanced tie bar distance helps in accommodation larger variety of molds. The clamp force is centrally applied and
uniformly distributed on the mold face thereby ensuring better mold life.

Reduced dry cycle time - Enhanced Productivity:
Q-Series machines also provide smooth mold opening and closing cycles with heavy molds and at high speed. The platen support has been made stronger
with 20% less deflection in the part drop area. With an improved mold closing, lockover and mold opening processes, the dry cycle time has
been reduced by upto 30%.

Contactless Transducer: The all new contactless transducer at crosshead increases reliability against dust & grease thereby ensuring better
superior linearity, IP protection & enhanced life.

Mold Safety System: The Q-Accupack series of injection molding machine has a closed loop control process which senses presence of left over
article from the last process cycle or any foreight article in between the core & the cavity. It's a continuous monitoring system. The control
