About the Solution

This solution is designed for the production of the jerry cups from injection molding to packing. The system include the parts picking robot, the jelly cups collecting unit, the packing machine. The features of the system include:

Efficient: The system will finish the production process from parts picking to packing in a cycle of 7s, ensure an effiicent production of the jerry cups.
Easy Maintenance: The system adopted a modular design of which the robot controled by a standard robotic arm control system and the auto-packing system controlled by a PLC control system. The robot and the auto-packing system will communicate with each other via an I/O signal. This configuration will help to have a fast diagnosis of the trouble when there's an alarm.
