About the Pringing Machine

The HK-960 automatic heat transfer printing machine is designed and manufactured by Dongguan Hongfu Company for the auto-production of paint buckets with heat transfer printing up to 20L. The system is equipped with buckets auto-loading/unloading units with digitialized intelligence control system for the precisize printing of pattern on the buckets.

5 Axis Servo Control System
- A more precise control of the printing machine
- Double robotic arms, one for buckets loading and the other for buckets unloading, higher production effeciency.
- Better pattern printing precision.
Servo Driven End of Arm Tool (EOAT): Which will position the handle holes of the buckets and start the printing automatically.
Double Speed Light Mark Tracking Sensor: Which will ensure a precise position tracking of the heat transfer films with a printing mark for a precise printing of the patterns on the buckets.
