About the Solution

This solution is designed for the collecting of the Pizza racks for manual picking. With servo driven adjust base, this solution is suitable for the collecting of most 3 legs Pizza racks which is used in the Pizza dilivery. The functional units of the solution inlcude:

High Speed Robot: The system has the SW7112DS as the core robot to handle the picking and stacking of the Pizza racks. Which is a high speed 3 axis servo robot with a dry cycle time 3.3s and will promise a fast picking of the Pizza racks.
Pizza Racks Collecting Station: The Pizza racks collecting station is a double stations design of which will slide out after full stacking for manualling collecting and the other station will be slided in for another loading. And with each layer of Pizza rack stacked, the servo driven base would be turned an angle to ensure that another layers of Pizza racks would be stacked correctly.
