About the Solution

The SWITEK 32 cavities bottle caps carton loading system is a custom made side entry high speed robot custom made for the production of bottle caps for DongPengTeYin, one of the most popular vitamin drink in China, which the cap is also a cup to enjoy the drink elegantly. The functional units of the robot includes:

Parts Picking Arm: The high speed robotic arm will pick the cups from the injection molding machine and placing them on the sorting station of the system.
Bottle Cups Sorting Unit: The bottle cups sorting unit will line the cups up and adjust the in between distance for carton loading.
Carton Loading Unit: The carton loading robot will have the well sorted cups laid in the carton layer by layer automatically.

The robot is designed for the high speed production of bottle cups from injection molding to carton loading automatically.
