• Relaible Clamping Unit
  • Universe series has T-slot clamping, it's faster for changing the molds.

• Precise Injection System
  • The injection unit of Universe series adopts a reliable double-layer injection structure with the Double protruding rods from injection cylinder which used in high speed machine. This system greatly improves the injection accuracy and the stability of charging.
  • The movement structure of the injection unit adopts the structure of high rigid guide rod with the structure of double cylinder in carriage movement. This structure avoid the material leakage out when injection in high speed & pressure and chargin in high back pressure.
  • High precision linear sliding track is adopted for injection movement, which can make injection start up faster and more accurate.
  • Roller slide structure is convenient for customers to change materials.
  • The nearby hydraulic control system ensures fast response of injection.
  • The Hydraulic motor has the large torque and high rotation speed. For better energy saving effect, the electric charging motor is option.

  • High efficiency drive technology high precision servo system + internal gear pump, output energy consumption changed with load, pressure and speed controlled in closed-loop, it has the characteristics of energy saving, precision, fast response.
  • The modular design of hydraulic valve board and optimized hydraulic layout can effectively reduce pressure loss and improve responsiveness. And it also make the function upgrade or oil road reconstruction is quite easy.
  • Environmental protection: no overflow heating from servo pump system and efficient built-in cooler made the water consumption greatly reduced. The DIN standard hydraulic union coupling and hose eliminate oil pollution.
