SWITEK 28 cavities spoons box packing solution is an automation system designed for the production of plastic cutleries to be packed in box automatically. The system can be programmed to have a box packing of the cutleries (Spoons, Forks or Knifes) up to 100pcs/box single layer or double layers up to 100pcs/box according to the size of the cutlery producing.
The configuration of the automation sysstem include one picking robot which will pick out the cutlery from the injection molding machine, a two stations stacking unit for cutlery stacking, a transfer robot which will move the stacked cutlery to the packing machine, and a packing machine which will finish the process of box opening, cutlery packing and sealing automatically.
This is a system which is suitable for the packing of cutleries with different quantity but the same size paper box. It's one of the flexible automation solution for the fragmented market to supply the cutlery to different customers with different packing requirement with only to re-program the system and the design of the box printing.
