The automation system include two top entry 3 axis servo robotic arms, one for spoons picking from the injection molding machine and have them stacked on the collecting station, the other robot will have the stacked spoons moved to the packing machine; the double stations stacking unit for spoons stacking and the spoons film packing machine.
This solution is suitable for the small tea spoons of around 1g to large size thick wall spoons of both one layer or two layers packing solutions of the spoons. It's also suitable for the packing of forks and knifes with some modification of the collecting station.
