About the Solution

The SWITEK 2 cavities faucets injection automation solution is designed for the production of the PVC/PPR faucet body which will need the robot to insert the mandrels, pick out the faucets, break the sprue. The system designed are an economic solution for the fast production of the faucets automatically.

The robotic arm handling the parts picking and mandrel inserting here in this project is SWITEK 3 axis servo robot SW6712S which is suitable for injection molding machine 200~450T with a payload up to 8kg. Equipped double THK linear motion guide, the SW6712S provide the system with a stable mandrel inserting and perfect repeatability accuracy.
