The SW7730DS is a heavy duty 3 axis servo robotic arms manufactured by GuanDong Switek Technology Co., Ltd. for the parts picking from injection molding machine 2000~4000T. The features of the IML solution include:
The robot was designed for the parts picking from injection molding machine >2000T, the payload of the robot is up to 75kg which is sufficient to support the EOAT and plastic pallet picing from the injection molding machine safely.
The robot size would be custom made to match the size of the injection molding machine and the parts. And the control system of the robotic arm is open to be upgraded with servo A, B or C axis for the parts picking from a complex structure mold design.
Controlled by a modular designed controller, the robotic arm could be easy programmed with a fast diagnose of any alarm in production, which will help to reduce the maintenance cost of small and medium size producer of plastic parts. .
