About the IML Solution
The IML system is custom made for the production of 55L rectangular bucket by YIZUMI 1100T injection molding machine with sprue cutting. The features of the IML solution include:
To make the robot loadable in a 40HQ for an oceaniac shippment, the IML robot adopted a two compartment design structure which has an independent Magazine units with two "drawers" for IML label storage and feeding; the other parts for robotic arm which will handle the label inserting and parts picking.
The two drawers structure enable the operator to feed the label when one of the drawer is empty with no need to stop the IML robot.
With modular designed control system, the SW8 series side entry IML robot is an easy programable robot and is friendly to the operator, which will help to reduce the maintenance cost of the small and medium size producer of IML containers.
