About the Robot

The SWITEK 6+6 round bowls stack mold picking and stacking solutions is a side entry high speed double arms side entry robot for the picking of bowls from the 6+6 cavities stack mold. It's a custom made robot based on the framework of the SWITEK SW8 series of side entry Robot for the fast production of thin-wall containers. The features of the solution include:

• Reliable: The robot is amended from the SWITEK SW8 series of side entry robot which is designed as the side entry IML robot for thin-wall containers. Which is strong and reliable for the fast picking and stacking of thin-wall containers.
• Efficient: With custom made stacking unit, the system will help to maximize the storage capacity of the conveyor. And an in mold time of around 1~1.2s, the robot will help to maximize the productivity of the system.
• Flexible: As an all servo driven robot, the robot is easy to be amended for the parts picking and stacking of other parts from another stack mold with similar size.
