Features of YJD Series of Ceramic Honeycomb Runnser Dehumidifier Plastic Dryer
  • This series adopts P.I.D. temperature control system, which can accurately control the regeneration temperature.
  • This series of dehumidification system adopts double cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point.
  • Optional drying electric heating and temperature control meter, with drying barrel to dehumidify and dry raw materials.
  • A return air filter is installed inside to ensure that the honeycomb runner is not contaiminated by raw material dust and sweat.
  • The honeycombm wheel used by the company can reach -40°C or -50°C under ideal conditions; the whole system adopts PID temperature control system as standard equipment, and also provides PLC control with LCD touch-sensitive man-machine interface for selection. A dew point meter that can monitor the dehumidification effect of the machine in real time is optional. There are 14 models in this series, and the maximum drying air volume can reach 4000m3/hr.
