• YJCD dehumidification and drying feed combination are all equipped with honeycomb runner, which can obtain low dew point dry air with good stability.
• Suitable for engineering plastic materials with strong hygroscopicity such as: PA, PC, LCP, PBT, PET, etc.
• It intgerates three functions of dehumidification , drying and two-stage feeding into one, and can choose three-stage feeding function, which can realize the use of five machines at the same time.
• The themal insulation drying barrel is designed with a down blowing pipe and is equipped with a cyclone exhaust device to prevent heat loss, ensure temperature and improve drying efficiency.
• All machines are equipped with a closed-loop feeding system, which can prevent the raw materials from being damp again due to contact with the outside air.
• The series of dehumidification systems adopts a double cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and due point; the feeding system is equipped with a material cut-off value to ensure that there is no residual raw material in the material pipe.
• The machine is equipped with PID temperature control system as standard, PLC control and LCD touch-sensitive human-machine interface can be selected, the operation is centralized and convenient, and the machine can be controlled to run automatically.
• Optional dew point meter can be used to monitor dew point at any time.
