The SW7115DS is a high speed 3 axis servo IML robot designed for the integration of top entry IML robot for buckets. With a working arms of 15kg payload and 1500mm working stroke, the SW7115DS is suitable for a top entry IML robot with injection molding machine from 450 ~ 750T, a top entry IML system for the IML production of buckets up to 20L. A top entry IML system for buckets or other containers will have two functional units:

  1. A 3 axis servo IML robot for the inserting of the IML label and picking out the IML buckets or other IML containers from the injection molding machine.
  2. The magazine of which the IML labels stored and feeding to the IML robot.
So in preparation of a top entry IML system for the buckets and other containers we'll need to prepare for the:
  1. The expected monthly output of the IML containers.
  2. The detailed parameters of the injection molding machine for this projects.
  3. The dimensional drawing of the containers to be IML produced by the system.
  4. The 3D drawing of the mold for the buckets.
  5. The layout drawing of the workshop, especially the height of the workshop to ensure that the height of the workshop is sufficient for the top entry IML system.
