With precise injection the new FORZA series two platen injecdtion molding machine FA1400 can produce the perfac injection surface to meet the stringent requirements in furniture production. With a heavy duty injection robot to provide a turn-key plastic chairs production to customer.
For an injection molding machine of 1400T clamping force, an injection robot with a payload of 15kg would be sufficient for the parts picking. The robot for this application would be SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW7518DS which has a payload of 15kg and is suitable for injection molding machine 650~1800T.
