With the advancement of the IML technology, the cost of the IML robot is getting lower with an increased productivity. The two steps IML solution by GH automation is a common practice which request a smaller opening stroke of the injection moldign machine to enable the 20L buckets to be IML produced in a machine with a clamping force of 650~750T.
