About the Solution

SWITEK 4 cavities PVC/PPR ball valves injection automation solution is designed for the auto-production of the PVC/PPR ball valves which will finish the injection molding process of PVC/PPR ball valves of core/oring sorting, inserting, parts picking, runner cutting, handle turning for an unmanned production of PVC/PPR ball valves.

Different from the other pipe fittings injection automation solution, the SWITEK 4 cavitites ball valves injection automation solution will need to insert one core and 2 orings into the mold. Which makes the system much more complex than other pipe fittings injection automation solutions. The solution is suitable for the production of ball valves with diameters from φ18~110mm.
