About the Solution

The SWITEK 8 cavities T connector brass inserting and runner cutting system is an automation solution designed for the automatic production of the PVC/PPR T connectors with brass. The functional units of the system include the robotic arm, the EOAT sets, the brass sorting and lining up system, the runner cutting station for an unmanned production of the PVC/PPR T connectors.

The tolerance control of the brass size is the key to a smooth inserting of it into the mold by the robot. To ensure a success inserting of the brass with a robot, the size tolerance of the brass must be strictly limited to avoid a flash or uninsertable with an oversized brass.
