SWITEK 4 cavities Pipe straps nuts inserting and sprue cutting solution is an automation system designed for the production of pipe straps. The system include a 3 axis servo robotic arm which will handle the production process of nuts picking and inserting, pipe fittings picking and an independent automation units which include the functional units of nuts sorting, lining up, runner cutting etc.

The pipe straps nuts inserting unit is a perfect demonstration of SWITEK team in the design and implementation of the in mold insertion system of injection molding.
