About the Solution

The SWITEK large size PVC pipe fittings picking and runner cutting system is designed for the runner cutting of the PVC pipe fittings produced by a traditional designed cold runner mold for PVC pipe fittings production which is widely used in the drainage system. This system is simply configured with a top entry 3 axis servo picking robot and a rotable rack with scissors for runner cutting.

The advantage of this solution is that it can help to reduce the cost of the running cutting system. And it's convenient to increase/decrease the scissors according to the mold design and the injection cycle of the system. Also it also make the runner cutting system easy programmable and easy maintenanced in the future production.
