SWITEK 64 cavities foldable forks picking and folding solution is a side entry robotic arm designed by SWITEK Automation for the fast production of the foldable forks which is packed with the instant noodles. The foldable design of the forks will help to reduce the length of the forks and minimize the size of the forks to be packed in the instant noodle cups.
The automation solution is a side entry robot which integrate the picking EOAT and the forks folding unit of which the folded forks could be either to be dropped into a carton or on the conveyor. It's one of the best solution for the fast production of the foldable forks.
