4/8 Cavities Moulds for Silicone Cartridge Body:
The parts to be IML produced is the body of the silicone cartridge. The producers of the silicone cartridge can choose to have a 4 cavities or 8 cavities configuration according to the expected output of the system. A top entry IML system would be a price smart solution for 4 cavities configuration while a side entry IML robot would be a more stable solution for 8 cavities silicon cartridge IML production.
Moulds of 16 Cavities Blockers
The blockers will help to push the silicone out in daily use but ensure a perfect sealing to prevent the leakage in storage, it'll have a strict tolerance requirement against the silicone cartridge body. A 16 cavities mold configuration produced by a 200T servo injection molding machine will help the producers of the silicone cartridge to achieve a perfect balance of the investment and output of the system.
32 Cavities of Caps
The cap will provid the unused silicone a perfect sealing to make sure it would not to be drying in storage. With a 32 cavities mold of the caps will enable the producers of the silicone cartridge to share the 200T injection molding machine to produce both the caps and the blockers to achieve a balanced output of an 8 cavities silicone cartridge body IML production system.
